What you'll do

Operate at the intersection of GTM, ops, product, and strategy to scale the field-sales motion

Own projects end-to-end, from ideation through execution

Define new processes & technologies to solve previously un-encountered, first-pass problems

Work hand-in-hand with the Founder and other business leaders day-in day-out

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A strong bias for action - you don't wait to be told, you go ahead and do
  • 2+ years of professional working experience in a GTM strategy & ops role, ideally for a field-sales motion, at a startup or other high-growth tech-first organization

Pay

Compensation Range: $100K - $200K
