We re looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant to support an end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, with a strong focus on Payroll and Core HR. You ll work closely with Payroll and HR business teams, technical developers, integration teams, and project leadership to design, configure, test, and support Oracle Cloud Payroll. What You ll Do Lead functional activities across the Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation lifecycle: requirements, fit-gap, configuration, CRP, SIT, UAT, parallel testing, cutover, go-live, and production support.Gather requirements and conduct functional workshops with Payroll, HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll, including payroll definitions, calendars, elements, earnings/deductions, eligibility, calculation rules, balances, costing, payments, and payroll flows.Support Oracle Core HR configuration and ensure employee, assignment, organizational, and payroll data are aligned.Troubleshoot payroll calculation, element, balance, costing, payment, and employee-level issues.Support bi-weekly payroll processing, payroll validation, reconciliation, and post-payroll activities.Develop test scenarios and support CRP, SIT, UAT, parallel payroll, and regression testing.Support production cutover, data validation, payroll readiness, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.Provide functional requirements and guidance for technical components and integrations, working with developers on HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formulas, OIC, and REST/SOAP integrations.Coordinate with teams supporting integrations across Payroll, HR, Benefits, Time, Banking, and Finance/GL. What We re Looking For Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll.Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Core HR.Experience with end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.Hands-on Oracle Payroll configuration experience.Strong understanding of payroll processing, elements, earnings/deductions, balances, costing, payments, and reconciliation.Experience supporting production/bi-weekly payroll processing and resolving payroll issues.Experience working directly with business users and leading functional workshops.Good understanding of Oracle HCM technical components, including HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formulas, OIC, and integrations.Strong experience with CRP, SIT, UAT, parallel payroll testing, regression testing, and cutover.Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills. https://www.linkedin.com/company/hyr-global-source-inc
