Responsibilities
- End-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution.
- Managing teams (onsite/offshore QA resources).
- Building test processes: functional, regression, UAT, SIT.
- Stakeholder management with Product, Dev, Release, and Business teams.
- Budgeting, resourcing, and risk management.
- Quality governance and release readiness sign-off.
- Setting up test metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
- Driving automation strategy (if applicable).
Requirements
- Oracle ERP testing for Procurement and supply chain.
- Confluence, Jira, chef must.
- Needs to test scripts, test cases.
- Experience: 15+ years in QA with 3-5 years in a lead/manager role.
- Experience managing 10-50 QA resources.
- Onsite-offshore coordination experience.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Working with US client environments (important for staffing roles).
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC.
- Test management tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Client ALM, TestRail.
- Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright - optional but preferred).
- API testing knowledge (Postman, ReadyAPI).
- Understanding DevOps workflows (CI/CD, Git, Jenkins).
