This role requires an active DV Clearance* Key Responsibilities Gather and analyse business requirements.Lead stakeholder workshops and process-mapping sessions.Configure and optimise Oracle ERP solutions.Support functional design, testing, deployment and user adoption.Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Drive process improvements and best-practice Oracle solutions. Key Skills & Experience Proven experience as an Oracle ERP Functional Consultant.Strong Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Oracle Payroll experience.Experience delivering large-scale ERP transformation programmes.Requirements gathering, functional design and UAT support.Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.Experience working within complex or regulated environments. Contract Outside IR35£500-£525 per day6 month with high extension opportunityRemote with ad-hoc trips to Milton Keynes when needed This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile transformation programme with a long-term roadmap and significant future extension potential.
