oracle erp functional consultant

We're supporting a major public sector transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Functional Consultant to play a key role in the delivery of a large-scale business transformation across HR, Payroll and wider corporate services. This role requires an active DV Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and process-mapping sessions.
• Configure and optimise Oracle ERP solutions.
• Support functional design, testing, deployment and user adoption.
• Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive process improvements and best-practice Oracle solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Oracle ERP Functional Consultant.
• Strong Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Oracle Payroll experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale ERP transformation programmes.
• Requirements gathering, functional design and UAT support.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working within complex or regulated environments.

Pay

£500-£525 per day

Schedule

• 6 month contract with high extension opportunity
• Remote with ad-hoc trips to Milton Keynes when needed
