ERP Consultant - Oracle

Contract (6-months + Possible extension) – 100% Remote

About the Role

Experienced in Core HR design and delivery, including conversions, integrations, reporting, testing, and downstream impacts across HCM modules. Proactively identifies risks, dependencies, and opportunities, driving resolution and alignment before issues impact delivery. Collaborates effectively with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to develop scalable, end-to-end solutions that meet client objectives. Proven client-facing lead capable of guiding discussions across workstreams and driving integrated, cross-functional solutions. Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.

Responsibilities

• Core HR design and delivery, including conversions, integrations, reporting, testing, and downstream impacts across HCM modules
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, driving resolution and alignment before issues impact delivery
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to develop scalable, end-to-end solutions
• Guide discussions across workstreams and drive integrated, cross-functional solutions as a client-facing lead

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience
• Oracle-certified in both Core HR and Onboarding
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
• Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication-quality level
• 4 full-cycle Oracle HR multi-module implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction or a highly unionized workforce
• Experience guiding clients towards best practices
• Experience with implementations for over 20,000 employees

Pay

$66.68 - $128.57 an hour on W2 (DOE)
