Oracle EBS Developer - Remote
About the role
Optimized Technical Solutions (OTS) is seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Developer to join our Agile Scrum team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, enhancement, and break-fix support of custom Oracle objects within the Oracle E-Business Suite (R12), with a focus on Maintenance and Financials modules. You will work closely with functional and technical team members to deliver robust, scalable solutions that support business operations and client needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and troubleshoot custom Oracle objects within the Oracle E-Business Suite (R12)
- Collaborate with functional and technical team members to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 4–5 years of hands-on development experience within Oracle EBS applications
- Proficiency in SOA, Java, and PL/SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Applications Framework (OAF)
- Familiarity with Oracle modules related to Maintenance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Financials
- Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Work Environment
Office environment. Requires ability to provide clear, concise, accurate and timely communication, both verbally and in writing (100%). Requires ability to interact professionally with co-workers, management, and clients (100%). Occasional business travel may be required. Only requested and approved expenses will be covered by OTS.
