Duties and responsibilities
- Provide hands-on Oracle EBS development to support business process and application requirements
- Work as part of a collaborative Scrum team to deliver software configuration and development at every iteration
- Support design, development, and break-fix activities for customer Oracle objects supporting Oracle r12 Maintenance and Financial solutions
- Support Definition of Ready (DoR) activities by determining "ready for work items" to be slotted into a sprint
- Support Product Owner with work breakdowns including breaking down Epics and User Stories into smaller User Stories based on functionality
- Estimate Product backlog items for Epics and User Stories
- Decompose User Stories into smaller actionable tasks
- Sprint planning with estimate planning including delivery-based Definition of Done and adherence to definition
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and provide daily reporting for status and impediments including escalating impediments
- Maintain daily communication with Product Owner to demonstrate ongoing progress
- Maintain project task and timeline activities using Kanban and Scrum boards
- Support project management and maintain information in Jira
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship; no dual citizenship
- Current Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of hands-on development and testing experience supporting Oracle EBS applications
- Hands-on development experience with either Oracle EBS Financial Functional modules (AP, GL, AR, PO) or Oracle EBS Supply Chain or Maintenance Modules
- Oracle EBS development experience using PL/SQL and/or Java
- Experience working with Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Experience with Oracle Reporting
- Experience with Oracle r12
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills to work in a collaborative environment with government and contractor teams
- Must be self-driven and able to work independently in a dynamic environment that offers stretch growth opportunities for continuous learning and development
Preferred experience
- Experience with Oracle Applications Framework (OAF)
- Experience with Oracle Maintenance, Oracle Supply Chain, Oracle Logistics, or Oracle Financials
- Experience supporting MRO
- Experience supporting ERP-CS
