Oracle EBS - Business Analyst-REMOTE

Responsibilities

• Engaging with the corporate leaders and the business stakeholders to understand the gap between the product and its process.
• Solving a business problem need using the organizational context and transitioning the organization through the change.
• Implementing the solution.
• To identify and define the solutions that will maximize the value delivered by an organization to its stakeholders.
• Work across all levels of an organization and by involving in everything from defining strategy to creating the enterprise architecture to taking a leadership role by defining the goals and requirements for programs and projects or supporting continuous improvement in its technology and processes.
• Improve the value of business analysis with realization of benefits, avoidance of cost, identification of new opportunities, understanding of required capabilities, and modeling the organization.
• Interact with business owners/stakeholders to understand their requirements.
• Convert the business requirements into detailed technical requirements for the technology team.
• Cook with the technology team to explain the requirements.
• Validate the developed solution before handing it over to the business user for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate with the customer team and the technology team to facilitate UAT.

Requirements

• EBS Supply Chain modules knowledge and prior working experience in EBS projects is required.
• Around 8 years of experience.
