About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert support and consulting services to clients using Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support and consulting services to clients using Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
• Ensure compliance with US payroll laws and regulations.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll systems.
• Support clients in integrating HR, Compensation, and Payroll systems.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance.
• Enhance Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll configurations as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing strongly on Payroll.
• Strong experience in US payroll processing, taxes, and payroll accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Payroll configuration, including Elements and Fast Formulas.
• Good understanding of integrations across HR, Compensation, and Payroll.
• Experience supporting configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and payroll enhancements in Oracle Cloud.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA certification is a plus.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
