Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize sterile supplies and instruments for surgical procedures
- Maintain the sterile field throughout surgeries
- Assist surgeons by anticipating needs and handing sterile instruments and supplies during procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; surgical experience preferred
- Graduate of an ORT training program or 3+ years of on-the-job surgical experience
- Experience in scrubbing minor and major procedures across various specialties (GYN, General, Plastics, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, Uro, etc.)
- Current BLS (AHA) certification
- Minimum of 1 year OR Tech experience
