OR Tech

Position: Surgical Tech / OR Tech Responsibilities: Prepare and organize sterile supplies and instruments for surgical procedures, maintain the sterile field throughout surgeries, and assist surgeons by anticipating needs and handing sterile instruments and supplies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 1 year OR Tech experience, completion of an ORT training program or relevant on-the-job training with at least 3 years of surgical experience preferred, experience in scrubbing minor and major procedures across various specialties, and current BLS (AHA) certification. Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced perioperative setting, meticulous attention to sterile technique, and strong teamwork skills. This role involves supporting a high-performing surgical team in a dynamic environment, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency.
