About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) – OR Resource Coordinator works closely with departmental leaders to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the specialized area.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care with other departments and organize workflow for efficiency, including room setup, supplies, and equipment management.
- Provide staff support by relieving for breaks and assisting with operational tasks.
- Assist in the orientation of new team members alongside department leaders.
- Maintain a high standard of care within the ENT Service Line in the main operating room.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license in the applicable state or with compact licensure.
- Minimum of 1 year of OR RN experience.
- CPR certification required.
