OR Procedural Materials Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Pull data from the EPIC Scheduling System to prepare for upcoming cases in the Main OR, Berrie Ambulatory, Cluster 4 Ortho/Neuro, Endoscopy, and Angio/IR.
• Oversee day‑to‑day stocking, cycle counting and procurement of high‑value specialized medical devices including implants.
• Coordinate with vendor and sales representatives to ensure implants and equipment are verified and ready prior to scheduled surgeries.
• Contribute to successful on‑time surgeries and expedited room turnover.

Requirements

• Ability to handle a quick‑paced environment.
• Experience working in a perioperative setting.
• Inventory control experience.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Education: Associate’s Degree with 1‑2 years of specific OR Procedure/OR Supply experience OR High School Diploma with 3‑5 years of specific OR Procedure/OR Supply experience.

Pay

Minimum rate: $23.00 per hour (in compliance with New Jersey law). The actual rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc., and does not include bonuses, incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.

Schedule

Full‑time position, 8‑hour shift, hours 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
