As a Material Coordinator, you will ensure all relevant standards of material usage and finished product delivery are respected throughout the manufacturing process. You will support Production teams in analyzing nonconformities and identifying improvement opportunities for material reception, consumption, and control.

Our Aurora, Colorado factory operates 24x7, and this role includes rotating shifts (days, nights, and weekends). You will perform critical reviews of executed production batch records, ensure completion and adherence to standards, and manage segregation of non-conforming intermediate and finished products. This role is key to maintaining the flow of materials necessary for production and operational success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead adherence to Finished Goods, Raw, and Pack material standards per batch records.
  • Manage the material inventory process and conduct gap analysis to achieve excellent inventory control results per shift.
  • Participate in daily direction setting, retrieve material nonconformities from reporting systems, identify major causes of losses, and establish improvement plans with the team.
  • Execute material movements in our system to accurately reflect material status (e.g., consumed, rejected, to be scrapped).
  • Support production-relevant departments in quality performance and assessment of product quality in line with QMS (Quality Management Systems) procedures.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to balance excess and shortage, preventing impacts on production schedules.
  • Perform shift inventory counts at the line and local material warehouse, conducting gap analysis for excellent inventory control.
  • Lead the reject and return material process in our operation lines.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing and/or logistics.
  • Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is desired.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desired.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Pay

Hourly rate: $28.00.
