Job Summary
As the Nurse Manager of Surgical Services, you will assist the Director in the planning, administering, and evaluating the operations of the Operating Room. You will be responsible for creating an environment focused on providing excellent care to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Current Alaska nursing license in good standing
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification within 30 days of hire
- CNOR required or obtained within twelve months of hire
- (CST) Certified Surgical Technologist, or (RN) Registered Nurse
- Two years clinical experience in the operating room required
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
