Responsibilities
- Oversight, supervision, and quality assurance of all clinical services
- Supervises all activities to promote efficient processes, safe and compassionate nursing care, and patient satisfaction
- Counsels, hires, evaluates employees, and coordinates activities
- Analyzes problems to ensure agency policies, procedures, and regulations are followed
- Provides direct case management services to a specific caseload
- Manages skilled services
- Works closely with all staff to ensure patient and staffing needs are being met
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Home Health management or Hospice experience preferred
- Current Washington RN license
- At least 5 years practical business experience, two of which were in a management capacity
- Prominent leadership capabilities is required
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Federal and State laws and guidelines on Home Health
- Current driver’s license and current automobile insurance

Compensation
- Full time salaried position
- Salary range: $105K - $112K
- Bonus potential
