Turlock Eyecare is a respected, long-standing private practice in California’s Central Valley, seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our team. This opportunity allows you to practice true medical optometry, build meaningful patient relationships, and work in a supportive, modern environment—free from the pressures of commercial or private equity settings.

About the Role

Enjoy a four-day workweek with a patient load of seventeen comprehensive exams per day, totaling thirty-six hours. No weekend shifts are required. You’ll treat patients of all ages with strong technological and scribe support, focusing on full-scope care with advanced tools such as Clarus imaging, Cirrus OCT, slit-lamp photography, and IPL. Our practice specializes in Dry Eye, Glaucoma, Scleral Lenses, and surgical co-management, emphasizing personalized, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope optometric care, including comprehensive eye exams.
• Manage conditions such as Dry Eye, Glaucoma, and fit Scleral Lenses.
• Engage in surgical co-management with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic technology (e.g., Clarus imaging, Cirrus OCT, slit-lamp photography, IPL).

Requirements

• Active California optometry license.

Pay

Salary range: $156,000 to $200,000, depending on experience, skill level, and performance.
