About the role

You’ll help implement a medical model within a commercial setting—focusing entirely on clinical care (no glasses sales). Under the leadership of Dr. Richard Buck, a respected name in optometry, you’ll make a meaningful impact in the Mid-South eye care community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional clinical care in a patient-centered environment
• Utilize state-of-the-art optometric technology for diagnostics and treatment
• Collaborate with an experienced tech team handling pre-testing and contact lens dispensing
• Contribute to clinical protocols and practice growth initiatives
• Work within a robust contact lens practice

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited institution
• Active optometry license in Tennessee or Mississippi (or eligibility for licensure)
• Ambitious, growth-oriented mindset
• Commitment to patient-centered care
