About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Optometrist to join our growing practice. We welcome both new graduates and experienced Optometrists who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and manage and treat ocular diseases and vision conditions.
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and medications.
• Provide primary eye care and educate patients on eye health.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Refer patients to specialists when necessary.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry program.
• Active state Optometry license or eligibility to obtain one.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $200,000-$240,000 annually.
