About the role
Magruder Eye Institute, an Ascend Vision Partners’ practice located in Orlando, Florida, is seeking an Optometrist to join their team of 14 providers.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive eye care services to patients
- Conduct eye exams and prescribe appropriate treatments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Participate in ongoing professional development through continuing medical education (CME)
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry degree from an AOA or COAMFTE accredited program
- Florida State Optometry license
- Current DEA license
Qualifications
- Experience in primary eye care is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
