The sublease optometrist role is perfect for entrepreneurial doctors who want to own their own practices while Visionworks helps run the business. Opportunity Alamo Vision Optometry in San Antonio, TX, is seeking an Optometrist for our practice. To sweeten the deal, we have added a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive optometry services for patients of all ages, specializing in routine eye exams for glasses and contact lenses and medical eye care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in eye care technology and techniques and continually enhance your skills and knowledge through ongoing education and training.
• Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients while treating them with respect, compassion, and personalized care.
• Manage a busy schedule, as the practice is open for 6 days a week.
• Handle fast-paced environments and communicate effectively and efficiently.
• Utilize the latest eye care technology including Maestro II, Blephex, Hansen 9000 VF, Icare Tonometry, and Topcon Autorefractor.
• Volunteer opportunities with a local charity eye care organization (started in 2012).

Requirements

• Licensed to practice optometry in Texas.
