We are a private optometrist-owned and operated practice established in 2003. We do not offer retail hours, production pressure, or limited autonomy and clinical support. We pride ourselves on providing balance and personal fulfillment for our team and an elevated experience for our patients.

What You’ll Do

• Practice full-scope optometry in a supportive setting with tech support and a scribe.
• Perform routine and medical optometry, with assistance from trained technicians.
• Use advanced diagnostic and treatment technology for comprehensive patient care.
• Offer specialty services such as dry eye care, contact lenses, myopia management, and aesthetic treatments.
• Collaborate with other doctors and staff to enhance patient care and experience.
