Responsibilities
- Conduct examinations of the eye using observation and instruments to determine visual acuity and perception, focus, and coordination to diagnose diseases and other abnormalities for the patient.
- Maintain order and supervise the conduct of the incarcerated to protect and maintain the safety of persons and property.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid license to practice optometry in the State of California.
- Two years of experience in the practice of optometry.
Qualifications

Benefits
The monthly salary range for this part-time position is $4,670 - $6,191. However, due to the implementation of the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025), there may be a reduction in base salary for full-time employees.
