Requirements

• Licensed (or eligible) to practice Optometry in the state where you’ll practice

Qualifications

• Expertise in delivering full-scope primary eye care
• Ability to educate and empower patients on eye health and prevention
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead with compassion and build a positive, patient-first culture
• Comfort practicing various aspects of optometry, including but not limited to contact lenses, myopia management, and ocular disease
• Passion for professional growth and continuous learning

• Knowledge of current optometric practices and technologies
