Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance benefits and calculate patient responsibility.
• Deliver outstanding patient care, from pre-screening to post-exam follow-up.
• Perform diagnostic tests, gather patient medical histories, and assist in educating patients about their vision benefits.
• Ensure the patient experience from start to finish is exceptional.
• Encourage and support your team by communicating effectively and helping each other reach common goals.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Pay

Optometric Technician roles start at $17/hr with an aggressive and obtainable commission and spiff structure.
