Responsibilities

• Provide proper fitting eye wear
• Aid patients in frame and lens selection
• Order and verify eyeglasses
• Perform adjustments and repairs
• Stay updated on new innovations in frames and lenses through continuing education

Qualifications

• One to three years retail optical experience
• Requires license with Florida State Board of Dispensing Opticians
