About the role

The Eye Care Center in Edmond, OK is seeking an experienced Optician to join their team. They are looking for someone who enjoys helping people look and feel their best and has a few years of optical experience.

Responsibilities

• Help patients choose frames and lenses that fit their needs and style
• Build connections with patients
• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations
• Perform eyewear adjustments and minor repairs
• Maintain optical inventory and displays
• Work closely with doctors and team members to support patient care
• Cross-train in other departments for career growth

Requirements

• A couple years of optical experience is preferred (customer service or sales experience preferred)
• Willing to train
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Professional, friendly, and dependable
