Optical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily operations of the optical clinic and retail optical services
• Supervision of optical staff to ensure efficient workflows
• Auxiliary patient care including eyewear selection, fittings, and adjustments
• Collaboration with clinic leadership to enhance operational efficiency, financial performance, and patient experience

Qualifications

• Completion of an Opticianry Training Program
• American Board of Opticianry (ABO) Certification
• National Contact Lens Examiners (NCLE) Certification
• 3-5 years of experience in optical operations, clinic optical services, or retail optical environments

Schedule

This is a full-time position working 64-80 hours (0.8-1.0 FTE) per pay period, Monday through Friday, clinic hours.
