OPS Maintenance Tech
Tallahassee State College (TSC), recently recognized as one of the Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges for 2025, is seeking a dedicated part-time OPS Maintenance Technician to join the Facilities Department.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment including electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, masonry, and related components.
- Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components including building automation systems.
- Operate and maintain vehicles including tractors, forklifts, boom lifts, loaders, large trucks, and motorized carts.
- Maintain small equipment used in the maintenance area.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience in at least three of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, electronics, carpentry/masonry, AutoCAD or equivalent Computer Aided Drafting/Drawing Program.

Pay
$15.00 per hour.
Schedule
Up to 20 hours per week; hours may vary.
