Technician, Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Maintains drywall, paints, performs plumbing and minor carpentry tasks.
• Operates forklifts, aerial lifts, and other site mobile equipment.
• Receives training for job duties as required.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Desired qualities include a clean driving record, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and computer knowledge.
• Must complete safety classes relevant to specific job duties.
• Works according to company safety procedures.
• Performs all work with a high level of work ethic and sound judgment.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine and semiskilled tasks involving general maintenance and/or repair.
• Experience with drywall repair, painting, plumbing, and minor carpentry.
• Knowledge of operating power tools and site mobile equipment such as forklifts and aerial lifts.

Pay

The expected rate for this position ranges from $18.00 to $24.00 hourly. The actual hourly rate will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.
