OPS I - Operations Associate 1

About the role

The main function of this role is to perform various administrative, technical, and customer service tasks. An Operations Associate is responsible for managing data, resolving customer issues, assisting in project management, maintaining equipment inventories, and administering company policies.

Responsibilities

• Gather, develop, maintain, and interpret complex data.
• Communicate statistical and technical data with internal and external business units.
• Aid in system change management, deployment, and respond to routine system inquiries.
• Participate in asset management, including pricing research, procurement, and physical inventories.
• Manage service orders and participate in feasibility studies, costing, and proposal preparations.
• Provide training and assistance on new technology and applications.
• Offer customer assistance with software, hardware, and network operations, and log inquiries.
• Assist project leaders with administrative tasks for project implementations.
• Monitor and report on operational and financial metrics.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of required experience.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize assignments.
• Experience working in complex, global environments with global project teams.
• Knowledge and understanding of corporate policies and procedures.
