Essential Functions
- Supports, maintains, and manages Next Generation Staffing (NGS) systems, including Employee Roster Management Application (ERMA) and MySchedule BlueYonder (BY).
- Prints rosters from MySchedule systems and provides to management for daily operational sorting.
- Works closely with management on filtering, printing, and preparing data metrics within reporting dashboards.
- Sets up package handlers with MySchedule, including setting up FedEX enterprise passwords, downloading and using the MySchedule app.
- Troubleshoots package handler tasks within MySchedule.
- Provides clerical support to various management and operational functions, including photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, and answering telephones.
- Reviews, researches, and/or enters data in various systems to support respective functional area.
- Compiles data and provides various regular and ad hoc reports to management for review and determination.
- Serves as frontline customer service to receive, solve, and/or escalate customer inquiries and issues.
- Aids in Business Control Self Assessment (BCSA) audit activity by retrieving data and/or files for review.
Additional Operations Essential Functions
- Provides clerical support to various management and operational functions, including photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, and answering telephones.
- Reviews, researches, and/or enters data into various systems to support respective functional area.
- Compiles data and provides various regular and ad hoc reports to management for review and determination.
- Serves as frontline customer service to receive, solve, and/or escalate customer inquiries and issues.
- Aids in Business Control Self-Assessment (BCSA) audit activity by retrieving data and/or files for review.
Additional HR Essential Functions
- Supports the recruiting process (e.g., scheduling interviews, sending FedEx checks, attending job fairs/recruitment events as needed, and contacting selected candidates).
- Provides customer service and support for both internal and external customers for HR-related processes.
- Maintains job files; ensures proper dispositioning of all applicants and maintains personnel files for all employees.
- Conducts the new hire orientation process (e.g., scheduling the orientation, preparing orientation paperwork, and creating the employee file), including I9 completion/compliance.
- Supports auditing, reviewing, and processing human resources paperwork and forms.
- Supports the package handler sort observation process (e.g., scheduling tour times, arranging tour guides, and maintaining the sort observation log).
- Generates, compiles, and distributes HR reports.
- Participates in special projects, including job fairs and HR Assessments, as needed.
- Provides support to HR Department as needed.
