Sr Ops Administrator - MySchedule
About the role
The Sr. Ops Administrator is responsible for performing administrative functions for hub and station operational areas, focusing on Next Generation Staffing (NGS) systems, specifically Employee Roster Management Application (ERMA) and MySchedule. They serve as a customer's first line of contact for various issues and assist with clerical and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and manage NGS systems, including ERMA and MySchedule, in collaboration with operations and MySchedule management.
- Print rosters from MySchedule systems and provide to management for daily operational sorting.
- Work closely with management on filtering, printing, and preparing data metrics within reporting dashboards.
- Support package handlers with MySchedule setup, including Identity Now, FedEX enterprise passwords, and MySchedule app download.
- Assist with MySchedule troubleshooting and handle package handler tasks.
- Provide clerical support to various management and operational functions, including photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, and answering telephones.
- Review, research, and enter data into various systems to support respective functional areas.
- Compile data and provide regular and ad-hoc reports to management for review and determination.
- Serve as frontline customer service to receive, solve, and escalate customer inquiries and issues.
- Assist management with Business Control Self-Assessment (BCSA) audit activity by retrieving data and/or files for review.
- Ensure all package handler information is updated into corresponding systems.
- Perform additional operations and HR functions as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Four (4) years customer service, clerical, or related experience required.
- General business skills such as typing, data entry, and use of phone, copier, and fax.
- Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications.
- Customer service skills necessary to effectively and professionally respond to requests.
- Time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $18.19 - $27.34 per hour. Additional details include a flexible schedule of Tuesday through Saturday, 12:30 PM - 8:30 PM.
