Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in ophthalmology
• Experience in comprehensive cataract surgery and/or cornea specialization preferred
• Strong commitment to patient care and professional development

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Current medical license to practice in Pennsylvania
• Passing scores on the USMLE or COMLEX examinations

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong surgical skills and attention to detail

Pay

$325,000-400,000 base compensation with performance bonuses
