Job Overview
Responsible for leading the IT Finance activities including the planning, forecasting, reporting, and tracking of actuals. Analyze trends/variances to provide insights and recommendations to local management. Monitoring of SLA and Transfer pricing management
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis and investigate variances versus forecast for Operating Expenses and capital spending and provide insights to senior management.
- Cook up the forecast of future costs and timing.
- Lead the review of Monthly Forecast and actuals Run Rate with senior management.
- Identify risks and opportunities related to current forecasts vs. Plan. Identify potential for continuous improvement and implement.
- Lead planning activities during MBBP for IT by ensuring compliance of deadlines and communicating targets including identification for improvement and its implementation.
- Review initial submissions and evaluate for reasonability and consistency within the market including alignment with senior management.
- Ensure official plan is submitted and local systems are updated.
- Maintain oversight of the Procure to Pay process including purchase requisition and purchase order creation. Ensuring accuracy of accounting details and alignment with budget.
- Oversee the documentation and tracking of all reporting requirements, targets, projects & initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and senior management, and providing insights to enhance performance.
- Oversee month-end close activities, including the preparation of IT accruals.
Qualifications

- This position requires a minimum of 5 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:

Education
A Bachelor's Degree is required, Master's Degree is preferred. Recommended majors include:
