Operator - Packaging Machine

About the Role

Supports pharmaceutical packaging operations by preparing materials, setting up and operating packaging equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Verify and prepare packaging materials and equipment for production.
• Perform machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting following SOPs and work instructions.
• Operate, adjust, and escalate mechanical issues as needed.
• Package raw materials into finished products within specifications.
• Assist maintenance with mechanical concerns and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Accurately record data, understand batch records, and adhere to cGMPs, safety, and SOPs.
• Participate in technical and compliance training, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with quality and other teams to resolve issues and meet production goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred minimum 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Strong reading, writing, basic math, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.
