Operator - Packaging Machine

About the Role

This position supports pharma packaging operations, ensuring accurate preparation, setup, and operation of packaging equipment in compliance with standard procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Verify and prepare packaging materials and equipment for production runs.
• Set up and change over packaging machines following work instructions and SOPs.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and adjust packaging equipment, escalating issues as needed.
• Package raw materials into finished products within specifications, maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance for mechanical issues and ensure equipment cleanliness.
• Accurately record batch information and participate in technical and compliance training.
• Adhere to cGMPs, safety regulations, and maintain a clean work environment.
• Work collaboratively to meet quality and production goals and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; basic math skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
