Operator - Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking an Advanced Production Technician responsible for operating conveying and drying equipment to ensure a steady supply of raw materials to injection machines.

Key Duties

• Operating dryers and related equipment to maintain uninterrupted material flow
• Performing preventative maintenance and minor mechanical repairs
• Monitoring material flows and checking readings regularly
• Providing guidance to line utilities as needed
• Reporting food safety issues and initiating corrective actions

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing machinery
• Strong mechanical skills with basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively
• Familiarity with computer applications
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Schedule

Work primarily during night shifts with a rotating schedule.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $21 to $23 per hour, with a shift differential of $1.00 for night shifts.
