Operator - Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking an Advanced Production Technician responsible for operating conveying and drying equipment to ensure a continuous supply of raw materials to injection machines.

Key Duties

• Operating and monitoring dryers and related equipment
• Performing preventative maintenance and minor mechanical repairs
• Conducting regular checks and monitoring material flow
• Reporting food safety issues and providing guidance to utilities
• Ensuring smooth production processes in a food-grade, climate-controlled environment

Qualifications and skills

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience with manufacturing machinery
• Strong mechanical skills with knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work night shifts with a rotating schedule
• Familiarity with computer applications

Compensation and benefits

• $21-23/hour with a night shift differential of $1.00
