Operator - Night Shift

About the role

Advanced Production Technician responsible for operating conveying and drying equipment to ensure a continuous supply of raw materials to injection machines.

Responsibilities

• Operate dryers and related equipment to maintain raw material flow.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor mechanical repairs.
• Monitor material flows through regular checks and readings.
• Report food safety issues and provide guidance to line utilities as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing machines and equipment.
• Strong mechanical skills with knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and work with computer applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work night shifts with rotating schedules.

Pay

Hourly pay of $21–$23, with a $1.00 shift differential for night shifts.
