Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and is looking for an Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow our football platform in Northern Virginia. This is not a conventional management job—it's an opportunity to build and operate your own local football operation while making football more accessible in your city.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Northern Virginia
• Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation

Support

You'll receive support from our Singapore headquarters, including:

• A technology platform for app, payments, and operations
• Proven operating systems and processes
• Ongoing guidance across operations, marketing, and growth

Requirements

• Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results
• Background in operations, community management, or customer experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
