About the role
Stranger Soccer is expanding across key cities worldwide and is seeking a License Owner to launch and grow the Stranger Soccer operation in Northern Virginia. This is not a salaried management role—it's an opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to build and operate something of their own while making football more accessible in their local community.
Responsibilities
- Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in Northern Virginia
- Recruit, train, and manage a small local team (2-3 people), supported by Official Hosts
- Secure suitable football venues and regular playing opportunities
- Drive marketing and customer growth through digital and local initiatives
- Oversee game operations while delivering an outstanding player experience
- Work closely with Stranger Soccer HQ, supported by established operations and technology teams

- Passion for football and strong connections within the local football community
- Experience in management, operations, sales, or customer-facing roles
- An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
- A strong sense of ownership and ambition to grow Stranger Soccer locally
