Responsibilities

• Perform medium to high complexity tasks related to customer specific process requirements.
• Must be able to comprehend documentation requirements.
• Verify system conditions or equipment status before operation.
• Employee may be required to adjust system settings within established guidelines.
• Inspect components to ensure specifications have been met.
• Enter data and report issues as required.
• Take responsibility as directed for all required process documentation.
• Train other employees on production processes or equipment usage as requested by Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follows instructions of the Supervisor and/or Production Manager and conduct all work according to Resonetics policy and good safe labor practices.
• The use of laser radiation (non-ionizing) sources will be used only in a manner that is safe for all Resonetics employees and visitors.
• Employee must conduct themselves in a professional and appropriate manner and is responsible for maintaining a high standard of conduct and job performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with automated or manual inspection equipment, Familiarity with ISO Quality Systems particularly in medical device manufacturing, Use of optical inspection equipment (may be defined as a magnifier, microscope, and/or equipment used for measuring capacity).

Physical Demands

• Good dexterity as many jobs require the handling of small components.

Pay

The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $18-19.00 For temp, temp-to-hire, and regular full-time positions, our company policy is that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
