Operator I - Packaging

Role Overview

This position supports pharmaceutical packaging operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and quality production.

Responsibilities

• Verify, prepare, and operate packaging equipment, including setup and changeovers according to SOPs.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, escalate when necessary, and collaborate with maintenance.
• Repackage raw materials into finished products within quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas and equipment.
• Accurately record batch and production data, follow work instructions, and adhere to cGMPs and safety protocols.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement activities, working alongside quality and support teams.
• Maintain good housekeeping and support meeting production goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; basic math skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
