Responsibilities

• verifying and preparing materials and equipment for production
• setting up and changing over packaging machinery according to work instructions and SOPs
• operating and troubleshooting packaging equipment, escalating issues as needed
• repackaging raw materials into finished products within quality standards
• collaborating with maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
• understanding batch records, accurately recording information, and applying basic math skills
• participating in technical, compliance, and safety training, adhering to cGMPs
• maintaining good housekeeping, working as part of a team, and supporting continuous improvement activities
• partnering with quality teams to resolve issues and meet production goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience
• Skills in reading and understanding English documents, basic math, problem-solving, and teamwork
• Ability to work overtime when necessary
