Operator I - Packaging

Role Overview: This position supports pharmaceutical packaging operations, ensuring accurate preparation, setup, and operation of packaging equipment to meet quality standards. Responsibilities: Verify and prepare packaging materials, set up/changeover machines following SOPs, operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment, and collaborate with maintenance for mechanical issues.Ensure compliance with cGMPs, safety protocols, and sanitation standards.Accurately record batch information, participate in technical and compliance training, and maintain good housekeeping.Work as part of a team to meet quality and production goals, contribute to continuous improvement activities, and resolve issues in partnership with quality support.Perform related duties as assigned for operational efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required, with preferred manufacturing experience. Must read, write, and understand English, possess basic math skills, and demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work overtime when needed.
