About the Role
We are looking for an Operator to join our Operations team in Red Oak, TX. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Moving materials in a safe and orderly way using equipment
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
- 1 year of experience with operator certifications
- Understanding of safety and general constructability knowledge
- Able to work side by side with the team when necessary
- Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks and maintain professionalism
- OSHA 10 training at minimum, 30 preferred
- Forklift (all kinds) and fall protection trained
- Mobile elevated work platform trained (boom and scissor)
- Experience with operating a skid steer and water truck is a plus
Physical requirements include being agile/mobile, remaining alert, able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects, work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and can see & hear well either naturally or with correction. Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.
