Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail – Ability to perform quality inspections and follow production standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills – Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and works well within a team
- Willingness to follow safety protocols – Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a clean working environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs – Must be capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
Physical Abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for operating machinery and performing quality inspections
- Comfortable working in environments with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
- Comfortable wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
