Operator

Description

• Maintain and monitor equipment for printed labeling on product chassis and name plates.
• Operate and manage system software for machine functions.
• Ensure correct parameters are set for each job order.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
• Perform setup and changeovers on the machine.
• Conduct visual inspections of printed products.
• Keep accurate job tracking records.
• Understand and follow manufacturing instructions.
• Practice hands-on problem-solving and read/write work instructions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on EDI Printer.
• Occasionally replace ink cartridges.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Follow 6S principles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of printer machines.
• Focus on quality control.
• Safety management mindset.
• Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to handle small parts.
• Able to identify electronic components, polarities, and location designators.
• Able to stand for 8 or more hours per day.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to lift, lean, stoop, bend, and squat.
• Understanding of Bill of Materials & Drawings.
• Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
