About the role

Revolution is hiring for Operators in Little Rock, AR. The role involves processing materials and manufacturing products in an industrial organization.

Responsibilities

• Process materials and manufacture products.
• Be familiar with resin conveying systems and blenders.
• Be aware of production requirements.
• Understand order sheet specifications.
• Troubleshoot machine issues.
• Know the quality system; make quality checks on time; verify correct count and label.
• Make and handle the product.
• Communicate and coordinate daily issues with relief.
• Attend monthly safety meetings.
• Know and help enforce all company policies.
• Make continuous efforts to improve product quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment required.
• Extrusion experience highly preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand instructions well.
• Flexibility to work different machines as needed.
• Ability to perform well in a customer‑driven, safety‑conscious organization.
• Ability to climb ladders/stairs and move about the plant at various levels/heights.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to work a fixed day or night shift on a 2/2/3 schedule.
• Ability to stand 8‑12 hours during a shift.

Pay

Competitive pay range starting at $20/hour, depending on experience, with a $1/hour differential for night shift.

Schedule

Work schedule: fixed day or night shift on a 2/2/3 rotation.
